Good Morning Folks!
On October 10th is Round 9 of the World Cup 2010 Qualifiers. Most groups are already predictable, who’s going and who isn’t, but of course there are few that are under the question “Will they make it?” Such group is Group 1, where Portugal is still 3rd, with two games left v Hungary and Malta. So far Portugal has 13pts out of 8 games. The good news for them is that on the 10th Denmark and Sweden are playing and someone is going to loose points.
I don’t know if you have watched the last game between Hungary v Portugal, but Portugal won only with 0:1 and they got pretty lucky.I would be on them though, because they must win those two games to have a chance to qualify. Otherwise is goodbye Portugal, see you in four years.
Group 5 is in similar condition where the team of Turkey is surpassed by the team of Bosna and Hercegovina. The Turkish team has to win both of their games and to hope that Spain will win over Bosna and Hercegovina.
The strategy pretty much folks is one: look at the tables, check which of the teams have a chance to qualify and bet on them. Why?Because they will be eager to win to qualify and will play better!
