Hello to all football bettors.

Hope you had a good weekend since most games were very predictable, and gambling was quite profitable.

I am skipping the two games of Barclays Premier League today, since both games have no importance whatsoever, thus making them unpredictable.

Yes, unpredictable since two teams that do not need anything = almost as it’s a friendly game.

So let’s take a look at the mid-week round in which there’s a very important game, where the 4th place will be “almost” decided.

Fulham v Stoke 05/05/2010 20:00 BST
Manchester City v Tottenham 05/05/2010 20:00 BST

Fulham v Stoke: This game could be good for gambling, since we all know that Fulham is a finalist in Europa League, and perhaps would wanna save their strength for the final.

Currently taking the 10th spot, they have nothing else to think about, but that tournament, thus I am expecting a low performance on Wednesday. Perhaps most starters won’t even play, and some of the youngsters will get a chance to go out.

Stoke on the 12th spot, has nothing to prove really, and will also experiment with reserves and players that usually don’t play.

I think it would be safe to say, that we can expect a somewhat boring game, with not a lot of attacks for both sides, and not a lot of goals as well.

Prediction: “Under 2.5 Goals”    Odds: 1.80    Bookmaker: Betfair.com

Manchester City v Tottenham: This is the game you don’t wanna miss watching and/or betting on. In a direct battle the 5th and the 4th, sharing a distance from only 1 point.

A victory for Tottenham in Manchester would mean qualifying for the groups of Champions League, no matter what happens in their last game. Earlier this season, Tottenham crushed City with 3:0 on Heart Lane, but can they do it on Wednesday?

A victory for City will mean getting ahead with 2 points, and deciding everything in their last game, a visit against West Ham.

In the direct games, Tottenham has won the last 3, two at home and one away. I am expecting an open game with a lot of goals here , since the stakes are big, and both teams would wanna with this match.

Prediction: “Over 2.5 Goals”    Odds: 1.86    Bookmaker: Betfair.com
