Just a single Premiership game on Sunday, but we have 2 interesting FA cup games as well.
Everton v Hull 07/03/2010 16:00 GMT
Reading v Aston Villa 07/03/2010 13:45 GMT
Chelsea v Stoke 07/03/2010 16:00 GMT
Without wasting time let’s look into the first game tomorrow Everton v Hull.
Everton with a home record of 7 wins 5 draw and 2 losses, has been playing really well recently. However without Saha, the team has been struggling to score against Tottenham.
However the game was away, and the team really does better at home, where they beat United, Chelsea and City.
Hull City is really struggling this year, having an away record of 0 wins 4 draws and 10 losses. The team desperately need points to move away from the red zone and stay in Premiership next year.
My prediction for this game would be a home victory for Everton @ 1.40 in Betfair.com.
Reading v Aston Villa:Aston Villa, will be over-stimulated after dramatically loosing the Carling Cup final. The team from Birmingham would want to get at least one trophy this year, and FA cup might be it.
Reading has been doing great so far, even too well for such a team. After eliminating Liverpool then Burnley and West Bromwich the team self-esteem must have gone up a lot. However the team was in one point the last one in Championship and even thought they moved out of the red zone, they are just a point away from the 3rd one in it. Clearly they want to focus more on staying in the league than FA cup.
My prediction would be an away victory for Aston Villa, odds of 1.90 @ Betfair.com
Chelsea v Stoke: The biggest news for this game is that Chelsea is coming out without 6 starters and might run into problems. After the embarrassing loss from Man. City at home the team from London would wanna cheer up the fans with a victory here.
Stoke City has played a total of 4 games against Chelsea and has lost all 4. However the current situation in Chelsea might help them a bit with at least drawing the game.
By looking at the last matches my prediction would be “Both Teams To Score” odds of 2.04 @ Betfair.com.
However if you are satisfied with the 1.3 home win odds and have faith in Chelsea feel free to go with the home win as well.
