Liverpool
Liverpool transformed since Kenny Dalglish took over the team. Fernando Torres was sold and with the money Liverpool made 2 great transfers, Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll. Currently the team is taking the 5th spot with 55 points in 35 matches (however Tottenham has 55 with 34 games) so that spot isn’t certain. The team’s away record reads W4 D3 L10, scoring 17 goals in those games and conceding 27. Liverpool recorded 3 victories 3 losses and a draw in the last 7 away matches.
Prediction
Fulham lost the first game this season against Liverpool on Anfield with 0:1 with a goal in the 52 minute. However the team has far better results on Craven Cottage than away from it.
The last time both teams met here was back in October 2009. In that game Fulham won with 3:1 and overall record against Liverpool here that reads W4 D0 L5.
My prediction for this game would be a victory for Fulham. The team has been unbeaten at home since Boxing day, while Liverpool has won only 4 points in the last 4 games away from Anfield. Fulham is also one of the top defensive teams, conceding a low amount of goals especially at home, only 16 conceded goals in 17 games, less than a goal on the average per game.
