Last round of the season, where everything will be decided.

Liverpool sitting on the 7th spot might not qualify even for Europa League, which is kind of sad, knowing the great history of this club.

They have lost everything that can be lost this year, Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup, Carling Cup, the 4th place and now the 6th place as well.

Their only hope is a win on Sunday, praying that Aston Villa will loose at home or at least draw. Nothing is impossible but will it happen?

Hull City with a home record of 6 wins 5 draws and 7 losses, has been doing well at home, but sadly the couldn’t achieve a single away victory. They will move down next season to Championship, hoping to return in a year or two in the English elite.

Liverpool with an away record 5 wins 5 draws and 8 losses deserves the spot they are currently taking with such record. The injuries of Fernando Torres have played their role, and the team has been heavily relying on the captain Steven Gerrard. The new starter Alberto Aquilani, has still to prove that he deserves to be in the team after a long injury but with every game show improvement.

What to expect from this game?

Hull will play this one mostly for the fans as the last game in Premier League before moving to the lower league: Championship. Of course what better way to say goodbye but a win over the weakened Liverpool. In the same time Liverpool must win this one, and pray God, Villa to screw up in their home game so they can climb up on that precious sixth spot.

Bottom line, pressure from Liverpool to achieve what can be called the last push for the season, hoping for the luck to smile at them and get at least in the Europa League groups.
