The team looks decent enough this season and if Darren Bent and Gabriel Agbonlahor can form a partnership and start banging in the goals upfront, the team has a chance to finish high up in the table.

Prediction
Villa will trouble lesser opposition in the league this year but they will find it tough against the big clubs. City don’t mess around when at home and can put away teams with ease and run out big winners. They have yet to concede at Eastlands and have scored a hatful of goals so you should be very confident in taking them in the match odds.
In the first goalscorer market, Edin Dzeko at 7/2 with Unibet looks like a must bet. Sergio Aguero and Mario Balotelli are doubtful for the game which means Dzeko will definitely start upfront.
