Organization is a powerful but underestimated tool!

Organization my friends is such a simple and powerful tool, yet often under estimated.

I have made the mistake to stay disorganized for quite a while until recently.

I believe that the percentage increase in my football betting success rate is because of the fact that I got more organized in the past few weeks.

The question is not what do you have to do to become organized, but rather how do train to be organized.

I will start with telling you a little true story that I learned quite a while ago, yet I underestimated it, and only now I started using it.

I suggest, you give it a try immediately and not let my mistake happen to you as well.

In the beginning of the last century a man called Ivy Lee met with Charles M. Schwab who at the time was the president of Bethlehem Steel. Charles Schwab wanted to increase the productivity of his company but didn’t know how.

Ivy Lee told him that he has a tip that can and will increase his productivity so much, that it will blow off his mind. However Schwab, wasn’t buying it, since he was sure that his workers already knew what to do, he just had to make them do it.

Then Ivy Lee offered to give him the tip for free, and if it works, he wanted to receive a check for the sum that Schwab thought the tip was worth. Schwab agreed.

Here’s the simple yet very powerful tip:

At the end of each day, or better yet, in the beginning of each day, write down your Top 6 most important things to be done for the day. Write them down in order, from the most important one to the least important one. If anything that was planned to be done for the day, isn’t forward it as the most important task for the next day.

That’s it, this is what Ivy Lee gave as a tip. Few weeks later he got a check for the sum of 25,000$ and a message “Thank you very much! This is the best tool anyone has thought me, and this is just a small fraction of what it’s worth”. At that time the regular salary per day was about $2 or $40-$50 a month.

So it’s that simple! In the beginning of each day write down your SIX MOST important things for the day and make sure you finish them by the end of the day.

Why this works? Because it uses the priority rule, in which you pick the 6 things that are most important to you for the day and you focus on doing them. Without proper organization you can notice how your time gets eaten away by the little, unimportant things and tasks.

So how’s this applicable in football betting? Well instead of wondering around what analysis you would be using today, statistical or fundamental, instead of wondering which games you would want to bet on today, instead of wondering what bets you will be playing today, just write down the most important task for today and focus on them.

For example: 1. I will strictly focus on Barclays Premier League Games today 2. I will be only looking at the 1 X 2 odds. 3. I will only use statistical analysis…… and etc you get the point.

This tip has been shared in a lot of books and has been used by a lot of famous and prosperous people in every aspect of their life. Give it a try and then you be the judge of how good is it!
