Sometimes things do not go as you expected! What do I mean? Just take a look at today’s picks including two Serie A games, a game from the Bundesliga, and my try to find the surprise in Barcelona’s game, which didn’t happen.
So how’s that related to sports betting, and particularly the football sports betting? Well you have to learn from your mistakes and analyze them. Looking over my past predictions over few months back, seems like I rarely get any games in Italy right. Although I do spend enough time to analyze them games, probably even more time than I spend on the English Premier League for example , I just keep striking out.
So what would I do? I would stay away from making predictions and betting on games from Italy Serie A? If you are a sports bettor, tipster or just a betting fan do that as well. Analyze your previous mistakes, sort the games by Leagues, and see in which league you do worst. Then exclude it in any future bettings and focus on the ones that your actually have better success rate.
Again, making incorrect predictions and bets shouldn’t make you feel bad. It’s all part of this trial-error system that you can build for yourself, if you are willing to analyze once every two three months and change something in it. Unless you are doing something differently tomorrow, you will keep on getting the same results as today!
Memorize the above phrase. Know that, if you keep on doing the same old routine, day after day, and expect different results, you are wasting your time my friend. Change is always necessary! Think about it, when was the last time that any of you bettors and tipsters did something different in the way you made your predictions or analyzed that game? If the answer is long long ago, perhaps is time to re-evaluate your methods, and strategies and tweak them up a little bit.
Switching from a bookmaker to the betting exchange market like BetFair might be one thing. Instead of playing versus the “house”, you are actually playing versus another live bettors. This guarantees you higher odds and easier winnings.
Why easier winnings? Because it’s easier for the guy betting against you to make a mistake, than the bookmakers that get tons of feeds and data. But be careful, since Betfair wins only if you win, so they have lured a lot of pros out there!
