Bet on Spanish Primera Division with Bet365.com

It’s freaking raining outside, so my plans to go and play some football are ruined.

I actually went in the rain to check out if there were crazy enough people to play.

Unfortunately no one was around and I just went around shopping for food and came back.

So since I have spare time and nothing to do, I decided to write a betting analysis for the Spanish Primiera Division games tonight.

So here’s what you can watch:

Osasuna v Almeria 28/03/2010 16:00 BST
Espanyol v Gijon 28/03/2010 16:00 BST
Xerez v Valladolid 28/03/2010 16:00 BST
Deportivo La Coruna v Getafe 28/03/2010
Villarreal v Sevilla 28/03/2010 18:00 BST
Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid 28/03/2010 20:00 BST

Osasuna v Almeria: These two seem to win the 3 points if they are playing at home. Osasuna with a home record of 4 wins 5 draws and 4 losses show instability at home which means the game can go either way.

In the same time Almeria’s away record of 2 wins 4 draws and 8 losses is nothing special either, and a home victory is quite possible here. However looking over the past scores of their last games I would go for the “Both Teams To Score” odds @ 2.02 in Betfair.

Espanyol v Gijon: Two victories and one loss in favor of Gijon. This is the chance for Espanyol to get even with them, home record of 7 victories 4 draws and 3 losses, and a possible win today will put them next to Gijon with the same amount of points, 35.

Espanyol playing very strong at home, beating teams like Sevilla and La Coruna with 2:0 and tying Villarreal 0:0 as well as Mallorca and beating Atletic Bilbao.
Last 5 home games are 3 wins and 2 draws, so they have been undefeated at home for quite long now.

My prediction for this game would be a home victory again, odds @ 2.02 in Betfair.

Xerez v Valladolid: The battle of the last spots. Both teams are taking the last and the 2nd to the last spot in the table. Both need points if they want to play in Primiera Division next year.

Xerez’s home record is 3 wins 3 draws and 8 losses, matched up to Valladolid’s away record 2 wins 5 draws and 6 losses, and you would see that the game can pretty much go either way.

6 out of their total of 8 games, have ended with Under 2.5 Goals and it seems logical and safe to go with it. Odds @ 1.91 in Betfair.com

Another good bet here would be “Both Teams To Score” @ 1.75

Deportivo La Coruna v Getafe: Getafe is quite an obstacle for Deportivo La Coruna. Their last two games in La Coruna have ended 1:1, and the few wins Deportivo has have been either 2:1 or 1:0 which shows that they have trouble against that team.

Home record of 8 wins 2 draws and 4 losses shows that Deportivo plays well at home, but they loose from time to time as well.

Looking over the past few games from both teams, seems hard to predict which way the game is going to go. Thus, I am gonna stick with “Both Teams To Score” odds @ 1.83 in Betfair.

Villarreal v Sevilla : Last 4 games between the two teams have ended with a victory for Sevilla, and it’s a real surprise that the odds for Sevilla are so high. However the away record of 6 wins 0 draws and 7 losses shows that they either win or loose.

Perhaps their recent disappointments like being eliminated from Champions League and loosing to Real Madrid when leading 0:2, have an impact on their odds for today.

Villarreal is standing strong at home with 9 wins 3 draws and 2 losses and depending on their last 10 games of the season they might even get to Europa League places in the table. Sevilla however might need the victory a lot more here, since they want to be in the top 4 teams to be able to play for Champions League next year as well.

My prediction here would be an away victory for Sevilla, odds @ 3.25 in Betfair. Even though it’s risky the odds are worth it.

Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid: What can you say, Real has an outstanding home record of 14 wins 0 draws and 0 losses, if you have played Mortal Combat, you usually see such thing called Flawless Victory.

Although the odds for home victory are not as low as I expected, 1.35 in Betfair as of now, still seem too low to be played. However if you are convinced that Real are going to win tonight you might wanna risk and bet big on that 1.35.

However for those of you who want to bet a moderate amount, on decent odds, you can go with either “Both Teams To Score” @ 1.63 since 7 out of the last 8 games between the two have ended that way, or risk a little bit and go for Over 3.5 Goals with the odds of 2.00 in Betfair.

Be sure to check hurry up and register/log in your favorite bookmaker, since there are less than 45 minutes before some of these games start.
