Jamaica has the best defense in the tournament so far, who has yet to receive a goal. Victories over Honduras 1:0, Guatemala 2:0 and Grenada 4:0 are perhaps not that impressive, but in such tournaments the only important thing is winning. Jamaica next to Panama and Mexico,remains one of the 3 unbeaten teams in the tournament.
Prediction
Despite the fact that the sportsbooks appoint team USA for a favorite, and Jamaica for a total outsider, I have to disagree here. Jamaica has shown nothing so far but excellence despite the fact, that its opponents weren’t at the quality US is. Team USA however is a big sluggish, not reaching optimal form, and as we all saw, difficulties in the second game with Panama.
